This is actually something I thought during the premiere, but I forgot to mention it. I hate the way they treat Matt this season. Remember the last ten-year-old boy we called "Soldier"? How did that turn out?
Anthony: "What are they waiting for?"
Tall berserker: "Godot."
And Anthony looks over his shoulder all surprised, and I love that because listen, we have pretty much no backstory on tall berserker (Lyle) or female berserker (Lee), but they could have been anything before the apocalypse.
Which reminds me, random aside, I am a little obsessed with this song right now and I am pretty sure it is the berserker anthem.

Matt and Pope's relationship has always fascinated me.
Oh hey so Lee got a piece of rebar through the brain, that always ends well. Great clip for the vid I'll never get around to making to "Radioactive," though. :P
Oh man, they're all gonna think Anne has some kind of postpartum something, and it actually is that her baby is a weirdo. And I don't believe Lourdes when Lourdes says that she believes Anne. :P
This really is The 4400 all over again. Remember when Richard thought Lily was nuts?

Pope's speech to Tom. Am I really supposed to believe that in the space of two years, John Pope has gone from casually condoning rape in his camp to actually giving a fuck about his people? Because, I'm sorry, but in my experience, no one changes that much.
Is this an unpopular fannish opinion, I wonder? I don't really care whether it is.

Pretty much cannot even deal emotionally with this memorial tree. Jeanie, you beautiful woman, standing with your father and hanging your mother's eyeglasses. Ugh, feelings.
