minttown1"House of Ammut." Who, for those who missed the previous lesson, is an ancient Egyptian hippocrocolion demon who eats hearts. Good times!
When last we left our lovelies, the British members of Sibuna had all become servants of Ammut, and the Americans got tricked into helping Team Evil complete their Ammut-raising ritual. The Sisterhood was reunited because sistahs before mistahs. And Jerome was having another good thunk about how he treats women.
Willow: "It was Victor who caused the fleas."
Trudy: "Victor?"
Willow: "I was keeping him in a box under my bed."
Trudy's had that dream, too. Weird.
FUCK YOU I SAID IT.
I want Trudy to hug me when I'm sad. She's such a rockstar house mother.
Robert wants the key, but Eddie dropped it in the woods. Willow has it. This... is a boring paragraph I am writing.
WHY IS AMMUT A HOT CHICK AND NOT A HIPPOCROCOLION. I forgive a lot, show, but this is fucking ridiculous. I was promised a hippocrocolion!
So Ammut wants everyone to sin so she can eat them all and get strong enough to assume physical form. (The physical form of a hippocrocolion, I hope.)
KT: "We have to warn the others, tell them to get out of here."
Eddie: "It's pointless, who would believe us?"
Joy and Jerome, for two. They were there for the ritual. They were both there last year when that ghost tried to kill Nina. Pretty sure they were both there for the well-dressed climax of season one, too. SO WE COULD START WITH SAVING MY OTP AND GO FROM THERE, EDISON.
[Aside, while other people are in my office anyway:
Jerome and Joy, if they wind up together longterm, are going to have the worst conversation someday. Like:
Jerome: Remember all that weird stuff that went down back in school? The stuff we don't talk about?
Joy: When you were dating both my best friends at the same time, or when you and Alfie blew up the chemistry lab?
Jerome: I meant when all those gods and ghosts and your dad tried to kill us.
And like, it's so awkward for Jerome at holidays because Mr Mercer kind of tried to kill him when he was sixteen, you know?
Anyway.]
Trudy: "You see, hot chocolate really does mend a broken heart, doesn't it?"
She has drunk so much hot chocolate in the years since she met Victor.
Jerome: "How is it that the first time I truly fall for someone, she's only pretending to like me?"
I am glad that he seems to recognize his stupid infatuation with Mara for what it was.
Trudy: "If we're talking about who I think we're talking about, then I have a feeling that you are wrong, Jerome. And I don't mean ordinary wrong. I mean wrong as in cheese-flavored popsicles wrong."
And then she gives him some cocoa, too.
So they just made every student in this assembly into a sinner... except Willow, who is just looking very confused. Because she really is pure goodness.
Victor sent one kid to guard the perimeter of the entire school. Nothing could go wrong.
Now that Willow's witnessed all this, hopefully she'll understand that Alfie wasn't himself when he said all those terrible things.
I'm pretty sure the mass of mindless sinners is as close as I'm getting to zombies. :/
HARRIET STOLE AN AMBULANCE FROM THE MENTAL HOSPITAL TO SAVE THE KIDS.
Haha, Trudy's trying to explain to Jerome that limericks aren't romantic.
jaskjdksa Jerome says that if he has to see Joy every day and know she can't be his, it will make him feel completely lost. </3
I... have a weird feeling based on this hallway scene that they weren't necessarily expecting to film a fourth season. Because it really is destroyed.
On a lighter note, graffiti on the wall: "skool not cool." Which is what happens to educational standards when you open a school for the sole purpose of getting four particular kids in one place at the same time.
Evil Sweet wants fireworks at the sinner-gathering party. Glad that being evil hasn't made him any less nerdy.
Oh. So Willow wasn't spared because she was sinless. :( It was just because she had the stupid key on her.
Haha, Harriet was all, You didn't think he gave you the key just to open doors, did you?

LOL, omg, Jerome tried to draw a picture of him and Joy on his letter but he told her to ignore it because it looks like it was "drawed [sic] by a three-year-old" and he only left it because he didn't feel like rewriting the page.
The moon key and the sun key, when combined, will send Ammut back. But Denby has the sun key, so.
Harriet says it's too late to go back to Anubis House and warn the others. :( And now I am worried about Jerome and Joy. ("And Mara," she failed to add.)
Alfie has Jerome's phone and is texting everyone he knows to come to Founder's Day. Poppy. :O
Also, Jerome of all people has a Family Tree hanging on his wall.
So Joy didn't read the letter, she just gave it to Mara to hold onto so she wouldn't be tempted. Joy says she can't get back with Jerome now that she and Mara have made up.
Now that they're all cursed, maybe Mara will snoop and read the letter.
Oh, who am I kidding, Mara doesn't need to be cursed to be a nosy bitch.
But either way, I am hoping that Mara reads the letter and tells Joy what it says and that Joy takes Jerome back. BECAUSE.
